Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING: Order processing hours are from Monday - Friday 10AM - 5PM CT. Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Orders placed after 5PM CT will be processed the following business day. For example, an order placed on Friday at 6PM CT will be processed on Monday. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way! STORE PICKUP: - 277 West San Antonio Street, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Orders can be picked up daily during regular store hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping option is provided for orders over $100 pre tax. We do not ship outside of the United States of America at this time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at TheFinest@HeritageSupplyTX.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
